I developed the platform using moodle, customized it and created learning paths in collaboration with industry experts. The project was extremely useful during the pandemic because has offered the possibility to continue the training moving online, and opened new scenarios and business opportunities. Indeed the training Center has started to invest in e-learning, creating asynchronous and synchronous courses, diversification of the training solutions in a sector dominated by the international big players as Oceans Technologies, Maersk, Karco, Kongsberg, Wartsila etc. Through the use of the training platform and integration with Microsoft 365, about a thousand events have been organized and training courses have been offered in synchronous mode for about ten thousand users.
